1.比较级前加“the” 表特指

2.比较级分别放于两个分句句首。表示越… …，越… …

3.比较级叠用表示： 越来越… …

4.没有标志词than也用比较级的句子

eg.Which/Who is better, A or B?

eg.Which /Who is stronger, Bill or Tony?

5.用比较级表达最高级

eg.  He is the tallest student  in our class

=He is taller than any other  student  in our class

=He is taller than  the other  student  in our class

6.原级与比较级互换

not  as / so … … as 与  less than , more than

eg.English is not as /so interesting Chinese

=English is less interesting than Chinese

=Chinese is more interesting than English

7.否定句中比较级表示最高级

eg.No one is better Than him

=He is the best.

8.常修饰比较级的词有：much , even , a little/ a bit, far等。

9.只能修饰比较级的词有：very,so , too, quite 等。
